ART NUVO SUPPLIES is an on-line shop home-based business. Because of this we are able to keep our prices considerably much lower than a retail store, therefore we offer these considerable savings to our customers. We do offer store pick up  for orders placed on line for our local customers. Please allow at least 24-48 hours notice to prepare your order for pick up. Please give us a call before you place or order so that we may to have it ready for you. 0411326432

ONLINE ORDERS:  This is a quick and efficient ordering system via our website & offers a variety of payment & shipping options - if you don't wish to put your credit card details through you can still use this method and just select to call us with your details by phone.   Unfortunately we do accept phone orders as this is very time consuming and creates delays in efficiency of getting orders out. 

Just add items to your shopping cart & then checkout your order on-line. 

NOTE:  Once your order is placed, we cannot add or adjust. This restriction is due to the time consuming process of altering orders which results in order processing being slowed down, so please select carefully at checkout.   If you do need a change we reserve the right to charge a $3.00 levy to cover labour involved.  If you request your order be cancelled and refunded we also reserve the right to charge a $3.00 fee to cover bank credit card charges.  Please call us to discuss

TRICK TIP:  When shopping online, leave items in the shopping cart and return later if you are short on time. Our system will let us know who has what in their carts and we will send a little reminder that you have items in your cart.  - that way if you leave the process at any point the items will be saved in your shopping cart and not be lost.

WE HAVE YOUR ORDER!! Within a few minutes of confirming your order via our on-line shop you will receive any email from Beaded Designs by Deb letting you know we have received your order.

1.  If you have choose Bank Transfer or Pay over the Phone, we send out instruction via email as to how to proceed with payment.
2. If you chose the Credit Card or PayPal options you will receive the emailed confirmation & no further input is required on your part.

We take Mastercard and Visa.  PAYPAL  is available to all Australian customers and to trusted countries internationally.

PayPal Payments PayPal is a safe, reliable & instant system of payment with no additional charges to you.  PayPal offers several methods of payment - from your existing PayPal balance, from a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), e-check, or direct debit from a bank account (e-cheque). This is available to Australian Customers and also International customers - no currency conversion fees apply with Australian payments as payment is made in Australian dollars.  PayPal however does have it's own foreign currency conversion rates which are set by PayPal and not able to be controlled by us.  Please note that PayPal e-cheques take approximately 3-5 working days to clear so we cannot ship your order until we are advised that the check has cleared.
